I wanted to see what would happen if I did not use MFP for two weeks. Needless to say, I have lost 3 pounds!! :oD I cannot believe it! I trained myself enough on here that I can moderate my eating and still lose weight!! SOOO very excited! hehe

I bought a new digital scale over the weekend. It differs A LOT compared to my "rotary" scale. I am disgusted to know that the digital scale is CORRECT!!!
