Great website about YOU!!

Here is a website that I just found and you can set it to YOU!! Put in your weight and the length you work out and it gives you 222 exercies and the calories you burned. Not everything is on there but there is a lot and is VERY helpful!!

    As long as you don't die of boredom :wink: I swam in high school on the school team.....it is like watching paint dry for me! It is an Excellent calories burner, though!

    swimming is one of the best exercises out there. It works basically every muscle in your body and offers no impact. Combine those two and you can work out all day without risk of serious injury.

    Thus the reason all professional swimmers are in tip top shape, and you rarely hear of them injuring themselves.

    I love swimming. I go swim twice a week for 1 hour, its the best because you have to regulate your breathing with your stroke so it is extremly relaxing even through i keep a good heart beat.

    the water resistance is there to help you built muscle. i can really feel it in my shoulders and legs the next day.

    i'm going tomorow and i can't wait :)
