I am wanting to track calories burnt I guess so that it can aid me in weight loss. Steps is a side bonus but not always necessary.

Well today I have eaten 339 calories and burned 630 in exercise leaving me with a negative deficit I know this isnt enough to eat in a day but I am physically not hungry :L

Hi Im 5 foot 2 and looking to lose another 3 and a half stone. Currently 12 stone 7 pounds, i was 13 stone then lost 1 stone 3 pounds in november but over christmas put half a stone back on, now i really need to get back into it and lose the weight xD Feel free to add me :D
