I need some advice.
Quiet often I will fall asleep somewhere between 5-7 ish but before I eat dinner when I wake up which is normally a few hours after falling asleep I'm not hungry however like today that would mean id only had one meal so should I force myself to eat something or should I just wait till breakfast when my hunger will return?

As long as your meal timing supports your activity, and you're getting enough calories overall, then it doesn't matter when the day you consume those calories.
  • Well today I have eaten 339 calories and burned 630 in exercise leaving me with a negative deficit I know this isnt enough to eat in a day but I am physically not hungry :L

Yup, that's definitely not healthy. I'd see a doctor, or some other professional, about that.

I eat about 1100 calories once a day. Works for me.

Your body needs fuel. Eat your allotted calories.
