My wife and I just total up the calories for the pizza, then cut it in half and eat half :D

Had the same problem (male parts though) with numbness until I bought a new seat with a cutout to relieve pressure... butt still gets sore after about mile 15 or so, but numbness is gone :)

Gym equipment is frequently way off. MFP is frequently way off. I use a heart rate monitor... I've seen workouts where my HRM says 700, my treadmill says 810, and MFP says 1100! Imagine if I believed MFP and did that 5 days a week... 2000 extra calories I'd be eating back and not losing... Also be sure when losing weight…

Wait, so if obese people are in the gym... wouldn't that mean that just GOING to a gym would make you obese??? Avoid Gyms!

LOL I'd have to put ON some weight first if I wanted to be obese. And cutting out my "DIET" barq's cuts 0 calories from my diet... not sure it will speed things up for me.

I drink 2-3 cans of diet Barq's root beer a day, and count that as well as my milk as water... Losing 1.5-2lbs a week thanks. :)

True, since a can of diet coke is 12 oz... 8 cans would be more like 12 glasses of water :)

I sign up for a race or event of some sort to give myself a "date" I have to prepare for. I also do my workouts at home, and use the time to watch movies :)
