Need to get back on track this year. I successfully lost weight with myfitnesspal a couple of years ago. About 60lbs. But I've gained about 20 back and I want to shift it by my 30th birthday in May. Hoping to add new people to offer encouragement and give me motivation to log every day

Try having something light before exercise like a banana or a smoothies. Then after eat something with protein and energy like whole grain pasta and chicken or beans on whole meal toast. And drink plenty during exercise! Xx

I buy bags of frozen mixed summer berries and pour a few into a bowl and munch on them. Because they're frozen they take longer to eat and taste really sweet :-)

I'm annoyed that someone bought a box of thorntons chocolates into work and even more annoyed that I ate 4! Tomo is thursday and I have to nurse for the b**chiest dentist at work also the hygienist on Thursday always brings in buscuits :-( I want a chicken burger with cheese and onion rings and fries :-O

Its only today that Ive added ppl and I didnt realise there was so much more to mfp by logging in on the site instead of just the app. Thankyou its so difficult to stay motivated when you dont have anyone to share it with :)
