I felt good yesterday after doing the first day. I did wake up in the middle of the night and realized that I was going to hurt today. I have two flights of stairs to get to my office, so I feel your pain! The elevator looked good this morning, but I went up the stairs anyway. I plan to make myself get out of my chair…

I did my 1st workout today! I survived and will be back tomorrow. I noticed some soreness in my thighs when I went up and down the stairs later in the day. I had watched the video before I did it, and it looked easier than it was in reality.

Here are my starting points. I took before pictures, but I am not brave enough to post them yet. Weight: 193.2 Neck: 15.5 Waist: 42 Hips: 46 Arms: 13.5 The first day of the shred just about kicked my hind end, but I will do it again tomorrow!!

Hi everyone! I have to get back on the exercise and lifestyle change. I don't want to diet because every time I do I just gain the weight back. I like to see immediate results (don't we all) so I am hoping this will jump start me and give me the motivation to keep going.
