I eat all my calories. My friend doesn't and to the contrary of the Biggest Loser it is falling off of her. She also runs 6 miles a day and breastfeeds. She's a champ!!

I measure around my belly button and around they pubic bone area because I really concentrate on my saddle bags.

I dropped my calorie intake from 1470 to 1200. Then went on vacation and gained it all back!! I'm back on track now.

Can someone explain to me why the egg calories are all different? I fry mine in the morning but all I use in no stick PAM with salt and pepper. Are the calories based on butter or something else to fry them in?

I decided to add 10 min to my elliptical trainer cardio time and increased my calorie burn by 100 calories. Who knew!! 10 minutes goes by fast once the adrenaline kicks in! Try it!!!

Hey everyone:) Today I googled low cal recipies and I was directed to Foodtv.com. A great selection!! Tonight I made the Thai-Style Halibut with Coconut Curry Broth. Only 418 calories for the whole plate of dinner!! Good luck!

Thanks for your reply. The calories figured are just going by what this site has for the type of food I eat. I'm so new to this I just go by what they have for calorie count on the foods or if it is a not listed food I put in the nutrtional info from the package.

What is everyone having for breakfast? I have a 1400 calorie per day limit. It seems like 2 fried eggs, and 1 piece of toast or 1 bowl of oatmeal uses up 25% of my calorie intake. What else can eat?
