Well i started my "new start" (cause this is totally not a diet) just 3 days ago
i been running/jogging in the mornings and situps and other exersices in the evening
and im taking the green tea fat burners
and im eating really really healthy
so we will see how this works!!
id love to have some friends to keep motivated!

You will find this site very helpful. I have been on this site for one week and love it dearly. Just keep on message boards if you find a subject you are interested in or find a person that seems interesting send them a message in the mail box. Or just post a topic.

One Rad Brunette to another - Welcome!! I love the calorie counter it really keeps me on track. I haven't lost weight yet but I could be more dedicated.
