I hit my goal a few weeks ago. I think the toughest part for me was wrapping my head around the fact that I no longer need to eat at a deficit. I still do my workouts and I increased my daily calories by 150. So far so good. Also remember while in maintenance you need to work on a range, instead of a number. My goal was…

Good morning Beth and welcome to MFP! Excited is a good thing! Feel free to add me. My diary is open and can offer any support I can. Good luck!

I agree with the above posters. Something that works for me is pre-logging my food in the morning. My breakfast, lunch and snacks are all controlled and dinner is where I could fall off the wagon. So, if I log my intentions early in the day, I can see where I have a little wiggle room. If I end up snacking too much early…

They have many different styles and for the most part keep the girls in line while I'm working out. However, I hate running so I have no idea how they hold up with that type of cardio. I typically use the Arc trainer…

2 pet peeves...at the gym... The nasty *kitten* guys (and gals) who do not clean their machine after using it. I dont want your sweat or germs all over me...but thanks. (I clean before and after I use them) And....jerks who use 2-3 different machines at a time and if you even dare venture into "borrowing" one of their said…
