Tried TRX on Tuesday for the first time with my trainer and loved every freaking minute of it. Definitely different than my usual routine and it made my muscles scream! I would totally invest in it if I had somewhere to use it. No room :(

I completely agree with this statement. I'm getting healthy for me...no one else. If a man finds me sexy or attractive...so be it. With that said...I DEFINITELY think collar bones are sexy. I lost 20 lbs to hit my goal weight. I was a 36ddd prior to the loss, and I'm a 34ddd now. I dont think they got "smaller" just not as full and the bras fit me a little nicer now. I still count and I still exercise....and lift! I have increased my calories since reaching maintenance but I am not as anal about what I eat. If I go over, no harm done because I know what I need to do to get back to my goal. Also, you cant think of your maintenance weight as a number, it will now be a range. I fluctuate…

I continue to workout 4-6 days a week even while in maintenance. However, I increased my calories so I do not have as big of a calorie deficit as before. I still do 30 mins of cardio and a minimum of 30 mins of lifting each night. I've only been in maintenance for 2 months but so far so good. I haven't gained any weight…

My maintenance weight is a range, not a number. I fluctuate a few lbs each week. It doesnt affect how my clothes fit or the way I look and is only a number on the scale. I have that problem too. I think its mental with me though. I ate at a deficit for so long it became habit and I have a hard time getting past it. Tired of the judgements. I put everything in my diary. I get tired of being judged by the holier than thou MFP Gods who only eat the finest, freshest, most heavenly organic foods around.
