I did something similar today, I was over by about 150 calories yesterday so added 150 into my diary today so I still made sure I was still at an overall deficit for the week them just subtracted it at the end of today so my diary was a true reflection of what I actually ate. No hiding involved just keeping myself in check.

Mine didn't shrink, even when I got down to 140 lbs (I'm back to 152 atm) they still stayed at 34DD :D

Mine is the constant stream of junk food that gets bought into my office for someone's birthday/leaving/because its Friday. So hard to resist when it's staring you in the face!!

after just recovering from three weeks of heavy alcohol consumption (just finished second year uni exams, this is not the amount I usually drink!) I can definitely feel the impact of my splurge! I am extremely bloated and feel a few pounds heavier, but I have found that drinking lots of water improves things!!

If I start to eat my 1200 calorie goal will I start to put on weight or will it enhance weight loss? Still seems strange the idea that you have to eat to lose weight :S
