Sometimes I wear straight but mostly I'm in protective styles. I've been on MFP for some time, I haven't been consistent though. My goal for this year is to…

QFT! I have'nt gotten the DVD but I hope this is sucessful and more DVDs like this will be made that encourage black women to workout. About the hair thing, I'm natural as well. When I straighten my hair I wear it up in a high snug ponytail with a wrap so it won't frizz up. I usually wear my hair in twistouts, buns or…

Thank you for being so upfront and honest about what you went through. It's certainly put things into perspective for me because sometimes I get so obsessed at the numbers and wanting to lose the weight that I forget that slow and steady is the best way to go. Your post has help me realize that this is a lifelong marathon.

I <3 Greek yoghurt????! My favorite is Dannon Oikos toasted coconut. Been avoiding it b/c of the sugar content but I've just discovered that Walmart's Great Value Greek yoghurt and it's so creamy, silky (texture) and has no chalky taste.

Skinny fiber--be careful with this if you have IBS or a sensitive stomach It just made me bloated and uncomfortable Bee pollen/royal jelly--never brought for weight control. Got it for vitamin/minerals. It works great if you have seasonal allergies. Never ever take on an empty stomach! The effects were unpleasant.

I just made these tonight with 3 ingredients; pumpkin cake mix, cream soda(diet) and Greek yogurt. I put them in muffin tin to control my portions and sprinkled some pepita seeds on top! So easy, moist and yummy!

Tried a few recipes and they were good. Roasted romaine hearts was tasty!

Definitely not raining on her parade, I'm quite open minded and always open to trying new food stuff but I've tried several of these flavors and I didn't like any if them. As others have posted there are plenty of options such as skinny cow and slow churned that tastes amazing and won't wreak your goals.

This had a weird grainy texture. Did not like. Poster above summed it up precisely! Frozen water soaked cardboard!
-
Believe it or not, Walmarts Greek yogurt tastes great! I like it better than the expensive stuff and it has a nice silky texture.
