We have, like, 2 brands of peanut butter in Australia.

    Damn you all

Aren't you guys all about the Vegemite anyway?

No no no...Goobers peanut butter grape jelly swirl. That stuff, I could eat it straight from the jar.

I've never seen anyone else say they like this stuff! I could eat half the jar in one standing. Yeah, I didn't even sit down, I just stood in front of the cabinet with a spoon and ate it out of the jar. I can't buy it anymore because I don't trust myself.

Jif used to be the only peanut butter I would buy, but then I started buying Smucker's natural, and after eating that for a few years and trying Jif again, it doesn't even taste like peanut butter anymore. Kinda makes me sad. I loved that stuff!

NO to all you peeps who still buy PB in a jar! It's terrible for you! It's a LOT of sugar, very little in the way of peanuts, and sometimes, lots of other stuff that the maker won't talk about. YUK. Even if none of you have a Food Co-Op near you, at least find a whole foods or something, and go in, buy the jar that says: 100% peanut butter (and nothing else). Better yet, find a local health food store and go in and grind your own. It just seems more expensive, but remember that you are getting the WHOLE FOOD and not a bunch of fillers and gunk. Since you ARE getting the whole food, you'll likely eat a lot less and feel a lot better. Why waste perfectly good calories on junk? What can I say, I am, perhaps, the world's biggest food nazi!

The ingredients in Smucker's Natural: PEANUTS, CONTAINS 1% OR LESS OF SALT.

Ummm, no. I want to keep the sugar in my peanut butter, I don't want to eat whole, and I certainly don't want to eat less...:drinker:

JIF is the best! I like the "natural" one, it's creamier than the original.

Personally I like the powdered PBs. Way easier to mix into a protein shake at the gym.
