lunges when you get up to go to fax or printer. I did just bring those 3 lb weights to work and use them at my desk when I am researching (and thus do not need both arms). goal is to have some pretty awesome triceps by summer (in Phoenix, which is like, late March? LOL) :bigsmile:

I would agree with those who say try elimination. Luckily, I do not have the bloating problem, but I have one friend who had bloating relatd to gluten and another whose bloating was related to a gall bladder/liver issue. If you've already seen a doctor, I would personally assume the gluten/dairy.

I think MFP sets the sugar limit too low. As long as you are eating sugars from fruits and such, I would not worry about that. Please eat your 1200 calories and perhaps fit in a high protein/high fiber meal shake in there? That may help the hunger pangs.

i like the ensure high protein if you are in a pinch and have to grab something. 25g protein, 23g carbs, 5g sugars. I usually drink it for lunch to keep me full until dinner. :drinker:

I made my hubby go with me to the dr and he has been much more supportive now than when i was on WW. He even dug out the food scale so we can weigh what goes on my plate. :love:

I quit smoking before I started here and gained about 20 lbs. :angry: When i did quit last April though, I did it cold turkey and had a pretty rough week. I walked when i felt like smoking or anxious though and got through it. My BFF quit like a week before I did so we would send each other supportive emails and stuff…
