I'm also trying to build enough strength to do pull ups. I'm interested in seeing the replies. Right now I'm using a chair to help get me up and lowering myself as slowly as I can. I do three sets of as many as I can. Along with all my regular weightlifting of course.

I have noticed some on my thighs that I did not even know where there. They are old, I can tell by the color but I didn't notice them until I lost some weight. Stretch marks suck. I have some a half inch wide! But you better believe I will rock a bikini this summer :)

I think it depends on your body type. When I'm pretty lean I'm wear a size 1 in jeans. But I have a really small frame. I have a friend that has a lower body fat percentage than me but wears a 5. There is no way she could wear a zero. And she looks amazing.

I would also add in some weight training. I have dropped my BF from 26 to 16 in two and a half months from weight training and eating healthy alone.

MRM egg white protein. It is soo gross. The flavor is horrible (vanilla & chocolate) and it has a gel like consistency. Good thing I bought three pounds of it.....

I say listen to your body. You if start feeling tired and sluggish and your workouts are suffering then take a day or two off. Sometimes I feel I need a rest day after three days of working out some days I don't feel like I need one until six or seven days.

I would keep them the same unless you hit a plateau. No reason to change something that is working. If you do hit a plateau you could add in some HIIT sprints. Good luck! I also have about 6 more to lose.

My favorite way to make quinoa is....I roast bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and garlic in some olive or coconut oil. Cook my quinoa, add lemon pepper, garlic powder, and a little salt. And then stir in the veggies. Doesn't have any added protein but beans would be good in it as a vegetarian option. Pretty simple I guess…

I was going to say the same as the last two girls. The egg whites that come in a carton are safe to drink so maybe you could add it to a protein shake or something? I just add garlic powder and pepper to mine. I also cook mine with organic coconut oil. I actually enjoy egg whites so much more hard boiled, no idea why lol.

I think it is totally doable. I have lost 19lbs in the last two and a half months. I have been lifting weights five or six times a week. I have not done any cardio. Eating around 1600 calories a day. It dropped my body fat percentage 10 points. Of course something works differently for everyone, but I think you can do it.

I have seen people get really good results from insanity if they can stick to it. I did the 30 day shred for only fifteen days strait and lost 8lbs and seven inches. And it is only 22 min. Personally I prefer weight lifting. I have got really good results and lowered my body fat 10% in two months from just weight lifting.…

I get most of my healthy fats from olive oil, organic coconut oil, avocados, and the proteins I eat. I also eat nuts and handle them fine but my husband can not eat them unless they are cooked. I also make protein bars with coconut milk in them, that has a lot of fat.
