I am 5'5" 101 lbs and 16%bf. I am trying to find my maintence calories. My goal is to gain some muscle!

I have about 4 or 5 left to lose. I have lost 18 so far. My mantra this whole time has been, make the journey as enjoyable as possible! It has taken me about....9 months. I'm sure I could have done it faster but Im in no rush. I'm giving myself two months to lose the last couple pounds.

If I go to a restaurant I will pick at my food even after I am full, so I will put a dirty napkin on top of my plate to keep myself from snacking.

Also having a COMMITTED workout buddy and intermittent fasting.

Getting my workout in first thing in the morning! I am not a morning person at all but I am a busy mom and if I don't get it in while the kids are still asleep first thing, something is likely to get in the way.

Mine is about 1500 not counting eating back exercise calories. I only do 30 or so minutes of exercise daily anyway so the calorie burn isn't very high.

Not counting exercise, a little over 1500 :/ I will be trying to add muscle for the next couple years lol. Hopefully I can get that number up higher!

I'm about 32-25-31 and I gotta say it sucks having no hips! It's going to take me years to build a good booty!

I'm going to have to have my husband wear the heart monitor next time he plays his drums, he leaves behind a sweat puddle so I'm sure it is a good burn!

I really think it depends on your frame. I am 5'5" and I have a very small frame. At 125 I was quite chubby. I am 102 lbs now and I still have a bit of a tummy. Most people my height look amazing at 125. Everyone is different.

Yes! I think about that all time. I never use to feel guilty about all the junk food in my cart. I just thought it was normal. Now I feel so good about putting all my veggies and fruit on the conveyor belt.

I am a beginner. I have been working out and tracking my macros for four months. I got a body scan done when I first started and then just the other day I got another. I have lost five percent body fat and gained three pounds of muscle in that time.

Oh man I have been dealing with this for a while. I am always trying to lose weight and my husband is always trying to gain weight. The thing that makes it even harder is he has food allergies and is doing the aip protocol diet, and he is also allergic to fruit. So all he can eat is pretty much meat and oil and vegetables.…

Well this week is my TOM so no weigh in for me! I am happy with the work I put in last week though. I travelled and had a birthday party and I still managed to track my calories and I worked out five times.

I managed to make a really healthy thanksgiving dinner that everyone enjoyed last year so I plan on doing that again this year. I am excited to hear how everyone deals with their kids Halloween candy though because I usually eat more of it than my kids do......

My goal was to lose 2-5 lbs during the whole challenge as I'm losing weight very slowly now that I'm down to the last 5-10 lbs. So no change in weight this week but I did do five workouts last week! Feeling motivated and got my workout in today as well.

Oh man. I have killer cravings when I am on my period. I have come to accept that when I am on my period I am going to have to be in maintenance mode (or sometimes bulking mode let's be honest here) not weight loss mode. Hello! Im down to the last five or ten pounds and it is coming off very slowly (which I'm fine with) so my goal is 2-5lbs for the two months. My goals are to track my calories and macros as accurately as I can. Drink two quarts of water a day. Lift weights three times a week, cardio two.

I did it after I had my second baby. I only did it for 15 days strait. After the 15 days I had lost 7lbs and eight inches.
