Hey ,well I did very similar.I lost 9lbs then pulled my ligament in my foot in between this I had my birthday and had to have an absess removed:(.with the fact I was told I wasn't allowed to do exercise for 6 weeks...6 weeks?!!lol.I got down and ate chocolate ,which is my downfall.my birthday I had lots of cake and crap…

I run on the treadmill and i can definately see a difference to doing other exercises,i feel my stomach muscles being toned so im going to carry on!!

Hi im 5ft 7 aiming for 133lbs and if i feel i want to go a little lower 130 at most ive never been less than 9 stone as an adult and i liked it when i was 133 lbs in the past

This is great :).everyone is inspirational As they are doing it!!my friend inspired me to get in shape.I hope I inspire someone else.it takes determination and I only had 11lbs to loose.good going everybody!!!

Being 2lbs lighter and burning 500 kcal at the gym :).after being out last night to and having cravings for chocolate!!

I have a sweet tooth too,I usually have a banana with some choc sauce on,not too much tho!also I had never had dates till my fellow mfp friend recommended them and they are amazing!!I used to eat at least 1 or 2 chocolate bars a day before I started with mfp!!hope this helps :)
