Sometimes when work and school gets busy I'm not around as often, but I enjoy seeing people's progress and mutual motivation. Feel free to add me as well! I've already reached my goal weight if it matters but I'm currently working on fitness goals and still eating at a deficit to lower my high body fat percentage.

My jeans range from US size 0-4 and I still often see myself as weighing what I did before I lost weight, or at least being much bigger than I know I am.

When I gained a lot of weight and couldn't fit into a skirt I bought for my birthday.

Undereating when I'm stressed.

I also love board games! I'll add you both.

I'd save for the weekend probably.

I would also like some more maintenance friends! I hit my goal weight a week ago but am still eating at a deficit to lower my body fat percentage. I'm planning on slowly upping my calories from there and maybe doing a small bulk (though am nervous about this).

The longer you restrict for in my experience, the less hungry you will feel. I have also recovered from an ED and generally have lower hunger signals than normal and have to force myself to eat more. Try to up the calories as much as you can within whatever foods don't trigger you but are calorie dense. Or eat more times…

How tall are you?

You can add me if you like. I'm a newer runner but really enjoy it and have just reached my goal weight. Now my goals are focused on bf% and general fitness.

1. I love my Saturday morning Zumba class. 2. Less crowds at the gym at night. 3. More free time so I can work out whenever I feel like it. 4. Less people in the parks/tracks during my runs. 5. To make room for more calories if I decide on a big dinner or drinks.

This was interesting! Obesity Index: 20bmi You have a lower BMI than 91% of females aged 15-29 in your country You have a lower BMI than 68% of females aged 15-29 in the world And I'm most like someone from Bhutan.

Thanks for the help everyone! I'm going to look into all of the suggestions over the next few days and hopefully start my 10K training this weekend.

I'm a pretty new runner but am always up for running friends. I just completed C25K, have two 5Ks coming up soon, and am starting training for a 10K this week. Eventually I hope to run half marathons and marathons.

Soups, stews, mochas, pumpkin, squash. Anything with soupy texture really.

I just hit my goal and am wondering that myself. I'm still eating at a deficit as I want to lower my body fat percentage a bit, so I assume I'll lose a bit more and then perhaps try a small bulk to gain muscle. It depends on what your goal weight is and the healthy range for your height though

I hit my goal weight while in college through the everything in moderation approach. If I wanted something, I made room for it in my daily calories. If I went over one or two times on special occasions, that was fine. I ate healthy foods a lot of the time but didn't cut anything out and ate what I wanted while being…

I'm always up for friends with nerdy interests~ Anyone feel free to add me as well. I'm into games, some manga (very picky with the genre), and so on.

I loved this post; thank you!

Outside of lowering my BF%, my remaining goals are all fitness related (and I have tons of them; too many perhaps). Working out really is addicting
