Need pals in maintenance or close to maintenance

I've been maintaining about 2 years now. I actually don't find it to be too hard, much easier than weight loss. I find my motivation is a lot less now since I don't have a "goal." I've been trying to make other goals to set for myself to help motivate me to keep going. Things like running a faster mile or squatting heavier.
I do weight lifting, HIIT and occasionally run or do a spin class. I've had a pretty bad 2 weeks, so getting back at it today.0 -

I reached my goal weight back in May, but have slowly gained 9 lbs since then. It snuck up on me! Maintaining is proving to be a challenge. So until I get these 9 lbs back off, I'm back into loving mode.
My diary is open. I workout 4 days a week. I start another bootcamp class next week, as I know it will help get these few pounds off. Send me a friend request if you'd like.0 -
Been in maintenance for a couple of months, I try to work out every day. Add me! :-)0

I'm 5-7 lbs away from my goal weight, so getting close. A few months ago, I actually got to my goal weight and then had trouble learning to maintain I run a lot, and do yoga, and need to get back into lifting.Friend me and you can see my diary0

I'm within a pound of hitting my goal and have started shifting away from the high intensity Beach Body workouts and am getting into heavy lifting. I think it's interesting how many "weight loss" routines and plans exist but how hard it is to find good resources on maintaining your weight. I'm so used to eating what I do how do I add more? That's stuff I'm trying to work through.
I just started the Stripped 5x5 program and am supplementing it with the cardio sections of T25 on off days. Tack on a long walk on Sunday morning and mowing the grass weekly and that's my plan for the moment.0 -
I hit my goal weight of 120lbs and am currently trying to maintain (eating 1900/2200 calories). I'm finding it super weird but I'm liking it at the same time. Add me and we can be friends!0

I would also like some more maintenance friends!
I hit my goal weight a week ago but am still eating at a deficit to lower my body fat percentage. I'm planning on slowly upping my calories from there and maybe doing a small bulk (though am nervous about this).0 -
I'm in maintenance now. I find it really hard to keep working out. It is so good for my body, but I now know how to keep the scale from going up, because of how much I eat so I've gotten lazy. I know that exercise is good for me, and makes me stronger. Plus it lets me eat more, so why can't I push for more? Would love some more friends in maintenance!0

I'm pretty much maintaining now. My main goals are running related and fitbit steps. I'd like to lose 3to 5 more kg when I feel ready. Would love more maintenance friends.0

I'm 3 pounds away from my goal weight of 129 at 5'6.
I think it will be hard because 1. There are no applauses, congrats etc and 2. In my thrill of reaching the goal I tend to let myself go and sneakily eat more.
So, having support will be nice!0 -
I have been at maintenance for a few days now. I have been losing fat/building muscle in stages for the last 18 months and I am eating so much now it often freaks me out and I check the batteries in my scales just in case they went mad and I have imagined the whole thing!
Then I remember the size 26 Galliano jeans I am slipping into and feel ok again haha!!!
Would love some more buds! Well done on that maintenance you guys. It's a lifetimes work.. I used to track everything by hand in a notebook but this makes life so much easier! I've never maintained before - either up or down. Tell a lie, I did carb addicts diet for a couple of years and starved and went into a coma every night. Fun.0 -
Feel free to add me - I'm close to trying 'maintainence'! Eek!0

Congrats on approaching your goal! Exciting! I'm six pounds away, and already thinking about (and getting nervous about) maintenance. I cycle, do aerobic dance, hike, and am just starting back to lifting.0
