I count my squash as a glass of water, as I don't like plain water. So it's, no added sugar squash, added to a glass of water.

A nice cheap one for us is Wholemeal pasta Pesto (red or green) Chicken breast, chopped small Chopped onions Chopped peppers Mushrooms Stir fry chicken and veg in olive oil, while pasta cooks, drain past and stir in the pesto, mix the chicken and veg in. Simple, cheap and the whole family love. Not worked out the calories…
