Tried out a radish home fries recipe; pretty tasty once I added everything but the bagel spices.

You grab lunch at a supermarket hot Bar, and leave at least $15 poorer. Surves me right for not packing lunch.

I enjoy a cup of tea with heavy cream, a slice of cheese & pepperoni, or 85% lindt dark chocolate with sea salt. If that doesn't hit the spot, I think about my upcoming vacation (or some other positive thought). Sometimes I fail, but I still keep going.

I made the peanut butter mug cake, I gotta say it was delish!

Snagged the atkins shakes at target, the milk chocolate is 5 grams of carbs, 3 grams fiber, & 15 protein. Great suggestion on the heavy cream; its not a bad last minute thing, but I wouldn't want one of these daily.

I'll be trying this out on the weekend! Very excited!

The problem with yogurt is most tend to be sweetened, even plain, so that's out. My goal is little to no bread, and carbs only from veggies and fruits- so less than 50 is what I'm working with. It's hard, but breads are triggers for me, I could live on bread or muffins.

This. You are amazing! Can't wait to try that out

All fabulous ideas! I had half an avocado, and some deli turkey with a smear of cream cheese this morning. It felt a little weird to be eating non-breakfasty type food, but it was sure good. I'm thinking about trying those Atkins shakes, anyone try them out before?

Simple Friday night meal. Honeymoon steak, garlic green beans, and kerrygold butter. I really thought I'd miss the potato, but felt very satisfied. I made chocolate mousse too, but grainy texture made it just 'ok'.

I really wanted McDonald's, my go to hangover food. So, my version of a big-Mac minus the bun!
