maybe if you try to actually lower your carb intake you would see results: some people respond well to that :)

Try your best to eat healthy filling foods with lots of proteins and fats, and make sure that you plan your meals at least a day before :) Allow yourself a treat at night or something like that so it doesn't get all too boring

It takes 30-40 mins. and my gym is quite far away, so I wouldn't be able to do that in such short time :)

Yes I have done this workout a couple of times this week, I do not find it that hard, if that is what you mean by overkill. Which is why I asked the question.. I sort of feel like it's not enough to call it a good enough workout :) but thank you for your answer

You can find calculators online that will show you how many grams of carbs you can consume a day and still reach your goal, so it is not necessary to completely cut out carbs. From I wake up till 11 am I will usually have consumed breakfast: Oatmeal with peanut butter, and a snack: 2 eggs. I switch it around sometimes though, so I'll have my eggs and a cup of tea in the morning, and my oatmeal as a snack at work :)

I usually plan my meals one day ahead at night time so that I can fit in my macros :)
