The only time that I ever feel sick during or after working out, is if I have eaten a fair amount before working out (Typically within 45 minutes). I can, however, have snacks and not feel sick. If you eat before working out, that could be it. If not, I would recommend seeing your doctor for advice :)

Thank you guys! That makes me feel better. I'll keep that in mind to stay extra hydrated. I too have been mixing my workouts with weights ect. Hoping it will all work out! Thanks for the well wishes, same to you all!

Basically, if someone posts in a forum like this and they did not get any replies, they say "bump" to bring their post higher in the forum so that others are to still see it and bring it attention n. For instance, if you did not receive replies on this post, you could reply on it, "bump" and it will bring it to the top of…
