Thanks for the kind and motivating words. Honestly I have a routine setuped that I believe that I can do. Since I'm neither working or going to school right now my routine is kind of set on a 3 hour basis I will eat every 3 hours. My doctor actually told me the same thing, I'll try to keep it around 1,500 a day for now and see what my doctor recommends as well for the future

Thanks, I'm starting my diet tomorrow I've actually done 1,000 calories a day diet and it's not that bad but since I'm starting out again I'll stick to the 1,500 calories a day then maybe after each month I'll reduce by 100 calories
