Work(out)?

Hello! I am pretty new to actually using this app and was wondering if I should add the walking I do at work as exercise? I am on my feet all day, mostly walking. I wore a pedometer and it said I did about 21,000 steps. I don't want to over estimate how much walking I am actually doing and end up eating too much. I also try and go to the gym, or some other form of exercise but my scale seems stuck.

I believe that walking is always a good source of exercise. I myself would rather walk to certain places if it's in walking distance0

It depends if you are estimating your calorie goal including that level of exercise.
If you told MFP that you were sedentary then def count the walking as exercise!0 -
It depends if you included that in your activity level when you first joined MFP. If you have accounted for it in your lifestyle activity level, then no, if you didn't than yes.0
