I know eh! I love the weeklies as well! I do try to attribute about 5 points to a margin of error during my weekly food measurements. But overall the 49 just keeps me sane! At first I was hesitant to use them but I read a WW leader's blog once and she said that going over people's progress, she had seen that those who used…

Same boat.. MFP calorie counting didnt work.. actually made me gain weight (15lb on ntop of what I was trying to lose) because I developed an obsession with calories and exercise + binge eating disorder . I love that on ww fruits and veg are free... keeps my mind relaxed so ww is actually nursing me back to health and I am…

Definitely get your blood-work done.. Also..I don't know if this applies to you but when I was eating a moderate to high calorie deficit I lost a lot of weight but then when I reverted back to normal eating (even if it was under the 2000-2200 cal range... I gained (as predicted) Once I gained... I used to feel very tired.…

Whenever you are sick, forget calories and focus on the nutrients. I would even go so far as saying that don't have the soup if you don't feel like it. Eat if you want to, don't if you don't want to. Take it easy on yourself. One day of going below your caloric requirement will not lead you into starvation, nor will one…

Btw now I have my biggest trigger foods: nutella and peanut butter, every day.. with about 200 cal gone, it leaves me less 1400 cal of food outside the realm of trigger foods, which is more than enough to hit all my macros!

I am in the same situation. Thankfully you made a thread about this because I thought I was the only one! I see a loss of 2-3 lbs and its as if my body tells me: Ok this was easy, now this will be a linear trend! Hence the binges.. leading to weight regained and then some more! So what I am trying now is this, I am…

I like your approach but when such things happen the last thing you want to do (at least I) is anything but wallow in your worries/emotional state... not concentrate on work etc. But thanks for all your answers guys. I guess i should just have a pint of icecream and call it a day. Tomorrow is a new one to start afresh and…

I realize how vague my post was... sorry! Its just a psychological thing really and I was wondering if others related to me. I guess I did not elaborate because its quite embarassing! Basically what I meant was that yes I within my calorie range through out the day but by the time early morning rolls around 12,1,2,3,or…

First of all, I am sorry that this happened in your life. Secondly I commend you for sharing your heart wrenching story with us. Having been through family issues in the past which have led to emotional eating during the past year, I can relate to falling in the vicious cycle of emotional eating. I am also starting my…
