Looking for a fitness partner
My stats: 5'9, 145lb, 26yo. Anyone with similar stats and want to add me? We can keep each other accountable and be partners in this journey. I think that is a great motivational factor.

I was doing so well but then.. I was blindsided by some hurt relating to matters of the heart.. aka. love life. So here's a question friends... how do you maintain control over your diet and exercise when matters in your life.. your heart.. your mind seem to be racing out of control?

When the clock strikes 12
In general I have a pretty healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegs etc. However in trying to lose weight I have set a calorie restriction goal at 1500-1600 but Its as if the clock strikes 12 am and I have a whole bank of calories waiting to be spent and spend it I do! Anyone else suffers from this problem?
