Hi guys,
I have been on MFP since April of this year hoping to lose a couple of vanity pounds. However, on the journey towards weight loss I found out that I had deeper issues relating to food. Binge restriction cycles..
So I spent this summer working on that... reading self-help books, developing a healthy relationship with food, and most importantly, being able to understand my body, its thresholds, my hunger cues etc
So now I am starting here again with a fresh mindset to lose the weight I have gained. I am currently 145lbs and hoping to lose 15-20 pounds with a moderate calorie deficit. If any of you have similar stats as me (5'6, 25yo), add me and lets really help each other stay accountable
