Wow, you look amazing, well done!

Can you fit a couple of gels or whatever in your sports bra? I generally put my phone, iPod, and doorkey in there. I also have a tiny pocket in some of my running shorts - when I run in those I put a boiled sweet in there just in case I need the glucose.

If you started in plus sizes, there's a reason for that - clothes are cut with smaller differences between the sizes at the lower end of the size range.

This is kind of my plan, maybe losing less but not gaining. Just saying, that kind of control over what should be shared finances is often a marker of abuse.

I can see it, especially in your arms.

I find planning snacks into my day works well - you can have a look at my diary if you want ideas.

I'm 19, trying to lose about 45 more.

I'm really worried about this - I'm going home in three weeks and I'm used to being able to log everything which will be more difficult when I haven't done the cooking, and I bet my mum will get antsy about my weighing things. I think I'm going to work on fitness and trying to get more of my deficit through runs and cycle…

Googling reckons a body pump class burns around 350 calories depending on your stats... it depends what you mean by 'cookie' though - if you mean what I call a biscuit I'd have three of them - a cadbury's shortcake one is 85 cals for context. If you have jaffa cakes you can have a couple more ;)

Wait wait what now?! Possible employers can ask to see your medical report? But.... patient/doctor confidentiality!

I would just have stir fried vegetables to be honest... and not even as a 'oh my gosh I've eaten so much today' thing - I love them!

This! Life's too short to make it boring. I've only been using MFP for a week or so and what it's really done for me so far is make me accountable for my snacking. Before I started tracking I'd spent all day snacking and then have a mean dinner because I felt guilty. Now, I've got better at eating well. Last night I had…

I'm new and in the UK, will add you :)

Most days I will have: Breakfast Mid-morning snack Lunch Afternoon snack Dinner/Evening meal And sometimes I'll have something after dinner. I don't always have both sets of snacks, too. Feel free to have a look at my diary - it's open (though as I do it on my phone it sometimes gets confused - it put last night's popcorn…

My breakfast usually looks like this, to get an image of how much cheese: The way I look at it, a bowl of cereal 'my way' was about 400 calories or more - this has never been nearly that much.
-
Have a look at my diary - it's the New York Bagel brand we have in the UK, each bagel weighs around 90g, then I put about 14g of soft cheese on.
-
Recently I've been starting the day with a toasted bagel and some soft cheese. Comes in at way under 300 calories, feels indulgent, and keeps me going all morning.

Oh no, it's where you take all of the photographs so that you're not in them!

Agreed, I use the MFP app on my phone and it's so helpful. I can put one element of a meal into it and then decide based on that how much of the rest of the meal to have.

I'm avoiding the dodgy artificial sweeteners - acesulfame k etc.

Would I be able to make these into tortilla chips for nachos?
-
Except they won't be coming to a store near me because I live in the UK. *cries*

I love to make risotto :) I had it today for lunch AND yesterday for dinner - today with pancetta (bacon bits) and yesterday with quorn chunks :)

Sainsbury's do crisp-bag sized packets of flavoured popcorn - 6 packs for £1.80. Each is about 53 calories

Out of uni term times I live in the High Wycombe area :)

I agree - look at getting a different machine that you'll enjoy using all year round. An elliptical or a rower maybe? Then when summer comes you can use that as cross-training with walking/running instead of just doing the same thing on different surfaces.

Also look at the style of the dress - the more vertical seams it has the easier it will be to take in without distorting the shape - a princess seamed dress with 8 seams is more adjustable than a 'normal' one with 2.

Hi all, I'm actually in Bath (at uni) and there isn't a group for there that I can find... so I'm going to slide under the rope!
