Today I had
crumpets - 170 cals
for breakfast.
then later in the day it got kinda unhealthy and I had a
Curry chicken pie float with mash, pea soup and gravy - like 900 cals possibly
2 Scoops of gelato messina gelato, in peanut brittle and salted caramel w/ white chocolate bits - like 600 cals?
What is the most healthy option for dinner as I don't want to get too fat lol
Choices are:
1. Penne with grilled sliced eggplant, tomato sauce basil onion, garlic
(penne melanzane or penne al norma I think its called.)
2. Pork chop with side of stir fried vegetables
3. Steak with side of stir fried vegetables
For the steak and porkchop I try to trim but im pretty sure I do a terrible half *kitten* job so count them as like half trimmed, anyway rank them what is the most healthy option after this binge day?

I would say that the pasta is probably NOT the best choice because you tend to eat a lot of it without realizing it has tons of calories. However, depending on the type of steak, it could be even worse!! You should check out this website... http://www.mensfitness.com/nutrition/what-to-eat/the-leanest-and-fattiest-cuts-of-steak
I don't eat pork, so I'm not sure on the porkchop. Also, don't cook the veggies in oil. Those calories also add up quickly.0 -
I would just have stir fried vegetables to be honest... and not even as a 'oh my gosh I've eaten so much today' thing - I love them!0
