Kat - a gallon a day MINIMUM for me (128 oz)....most days it's closer to 1.5 gallons. I'm telling you guys, whether you like water or not, getting enough WILL make this journey easier and more successful - I know it's not everyone's favorite thing, but like any habit to hit a goal, you gotta just suck it up and do it LMAOβ¦
