The only way to know for sure is to use a heart rate monitor. MFP and your machine are just estimating your calorie burn based on your height/weight, not necessarily your intensity (heart rate).

I LOVE them too! Their TLC bars (of any variety) taste delicious and are lower in sugar and higher in protein and fiber than any other brand I have found so far. Target usually runs pretty good sales on them! Worth the cost, if you ask me.

I have been 20-35 lbs heavier than my DL weight since I've gotten it... Now I am just 3 lbs away from it! Soooo close!!

Make sure that most things you eat have lots of protein and fiber in them. Also, I eat 200-300 calories every 2-3 hours- keeps me from getting so hungry that I roam the cupboards like I used to!

I usually use whole wheat tortillas as crust- for low, low carbs though you should search the threads for "meatza". I think it's a paleo thing!
