I make pizzas out of whole wheat tortillas- add tomato sauce/bbq sauce/garlic & olive oil as a sauce on top and then any meat/veggies you like, add 1/4 cup reduced fat cheese, put in toaster oven until bubbly and enjoy! They are always 350 cals or under and totally customizable.

I was JUST thinking this the other day! Last night I did Kenpo X and burned 280 calories for 60 minutes. During other cardio (treadmill, stairmaster, etc) I typically burn 500 calories for 60 minutes. It totally depends on your age/weight... but I would beware! The elliptical used to tell me that I burned anywhere between 450-500 cals for 30-32 minutes of exercise. I also do a lot of freezing! The freezer is a busy single girl's best friend. I make recipes of normal size and then put into ziploc baggies and freeze them for when I don't have time to cook. Works with everything I've tried! :)

I am running with my arms at my sides, swinging back and forth, and on the elliptical I have them half of the time up/half of the time on the movable bars on the machine. I haven't been taking anything pre-workout, just sometimes doing a protein shake afterwards to help with muscle recovery…
