I've heard once you start nearing your goal weight is when this will change... I know its frustrating, just keep doing what you are and soon enough it'll happen! I still have about 20 pounds to hit my goal, and am in the same situation you are, only I'm a bit bigger then you. good luck, I hope you get some great answers!

never heard of it, but sounds interesting. Is there a way you could do both the gym and the machine? Still do the gym as always, but like just before bed to the machine? You might get sore, but if you get results would be worth it...

for me it all depends on the exercise and water intake... If I stick to an exercise I can loose inches quick... but for me to finally go down a size in jeans it took me 23 pounds to loose. And I've been at this just over 4 months! Sadly it's been very slow, but at least I should be able to keep it off

I'm 5'4 1/2 and my goal for now is 125... we'll see how I feel when I reach that if I want/need to loose more!

I agree... if it's OMG pain, take a day off, and just do light stretching... if ur sore but can handle walking and more exercise keep at it, I myself would probably take a day or two off with just light stretching so you are still using the muscles but not like you were before... another question: are you drinking/eating…

I am also a salt addict LOL definitely watch your sodium levels, and keep drinking lots and lots of water... and I agree with the milk, I've always heard it keeps or adds fat to the belly... altho I haven't made it to where I'm at my goal or even close, but I'd like to know as well... so maybe I can start working on it now…

They soo work! Not good for running, or exercising. But after about a week my Husband told me I had to get rid of the shoes LOL because they were making it to where I had no butt! Which is a good thing for me... so I love them, they do work!

My fav snack so far is Hungry Girl Gimme s'more sundae Fat free choc ice cream - 1/2 cup Jet puffed marshmallows about 2 tbs mini choc chips, 1tbs fat free honey graham cracker - half and topped with reddi whip This is awesome, tastes soo good and is just under 200 calories, depending on how much of each you use!
