I completely understand......luckily I can take a long lunch break which I use to hit the gym....just minutes away. Sometimes, we do the high impact kick classes too. Those are tough. I figured we each burned about 900 calories....afterwards, I was so hungry. DD

2 weeks sick and you only gained 5 lbs........Shoot, thats great. I gained 3 lbs yesterday alone while out with my kids. We had to drive to Barstow then to visit my Mom in the hospital. We ended up eating fast food for 2 meals......Dayuuum, how dissappointing! No worries, get back in your routine and you'll come back…

Thanks.... doglvr_75 & Tim. according to the "calculators", I just burned: 36 calories. Thats seems hard to believe after doing 13 sets of 20 pushups. Totalling, 260. DD
