How many calories burned during pushups?

Lets say 150 pushups.....How many calories are burned?

I weigh, 165 lbs.

    according to the "calculators", I just burned: 36 calories.

    Thats seems hard to believe after doing 13 sets of 20 pushups. Totalling, 260.

    check here under "calisthenics" in the add cardio section of the exercise diary.

    The only way to know for sure is a hrm watch, I guess.

    The only way I am able to keep weight off is counting calories and running. I hate doing both. I would have thought 150 push-ups would have been at least 150 calories!
