16 oz fat free cappuccino
banana
1 cup Total raisin bran
1/2 cup skim milk

Lunch:
Slim fast shake
Fiber One chewy bar

Snack:
apple
fit & active ice cream sandwich


I was gone most of the day and didn't have time to start the breakfast one this morning so I am doing a combinded one this afternoon.:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

    I'm proud of myself today...so I'm posting:)
    Breakfast:
    Coffee and yogurt
    Lunch:
    Apple with Peanut butter
    Snack:
    4 saltenes with a little PB
    strawberries
    and dinner...I'm planning a plain baked potatoe with a little pepper!

    I went way over my calories yesterday, ...and I'm not super hungry today. Bodies just even out I guess:)

    peanut butter and banana bread on wheat bread 535 ( i know!! I used to eat these all the time... i didn't realize how bad they were)

    snack.. 3 girl scout cookies.. the peanut butter sandwich ones. 320

    Peanut butter is my comfort food... I'm feeling a little down.

    Lunch was a salad with tomatoes, onions and pepper jack cheese.

    Dinner was a tortilla pizza. I'll tell ya...........If you're craving pizza they are NOT BAD! My husband found 90 cal low carb tortillas. I used 1/4 c diced (canned) tomatoes, 2 tbsp of sauce, and 1/4 c mozzarella. Total Cal: 200 cal! I saw this idea on the recipe board, too.

    I almost forgot the red hot pepper flakes, too. YUMMY!

    Abetterme, what kind of cappuccino do you drink? Do you mind giving me the stats? cals, etc? I'm a sucker for drink mixes in the morning, but maybe you don't use a mix?

    Breakfast I was in a hurry and ate a slice of 100%multigrain bread W/ a trace of peanut butter:happy:
    Snak a banana
    Lunch two slices of the 100%wheat bread at 45 cals each, lettuce, thin slice of turkey breast and bread and butter pickles. Nothing else on the sandwich
    Snak a rice cake, carmel corn flavored.....50 cals and sipping on a large green tea w/ sugar
    I haven't decided on supper yet. I'm pretty sure I will have some fresh califlower w/fat free veggi dip still got about 600 cals left.

    Not a problem. I do use a drink mix. We milk dairy cows so I always love have a hot creamy drink in the morning while choring.

    i didnt have time for breakfast since we were at the childrens hospital all day but
    for lunch i had
    subway turkey sub with honey mustard on it and a diet pepsi

    dinner
    left over chicken and rice from last night

    2 slices whole wheat toast

    snack: 4 ginger snaps

    dinner:
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    handful of spinach
    1 wedge laughing cow

    1/2 cup cantaloupe
    1/2 cup grapes

    1 english muffin with tbls apple butter

    2 skinny cow fudge sickles

    2 slices of whole wheat toast with 2 tbls peanut butter

    Total calories for the day......1357!!!

    Breakfast- 1/2 c special k w/ 1/4 c ff milk+coffee w/ 1/4 c ff milk.
    Lunch-4oz tuna w LF mayo on lite wheat bread
    Dinner-6oz burger w/ laughing cow swiss on lite wheat bread. Snacks- popcorn. Eggplant and asparagus grilled than tossed with lite ranch dressing
    Approx 1250 calories (saved a few since I went over yesterday)
