My goal is to actually do the whole 30days. I have many Videos of Jillians and I would just occasionally workout to them. So Far I am on L1D6 down and feeling good. Just need to keep motivated to keep going and not let any thing get in my way. Count Me In.

I enjoy my biggest loser cookbooks....great recipes that still taste great and low in cal. Love Pinterest and will get some off of that site but also will search for recipes online and will pin. Some websites will even have how many calories and such listed.

My husband and I love adding green, red, or yellow pepper and onions to add extra flavor and sometimes a meat of some kind. He has also done wrap with salsa.

Are you eating back the calories you burn?? When you put in what you burned exercising its important to eat back most of those calories.
