Requesting all your healthy soup recipes!

Fish stock, dashi, miso paste, red cabbage, green cabbage, onion, garlic, celery, carrot, and really whatever other veggies you want (sometimes I use asian mushrooms).

I chop up raw shrimp or prawns and green onions with a dash of soy sauce, put that in the bottom of a bowl, and pour the hot soup over it....

I didn't go through the 13 pages of replies to see if this was posted, but it is my absolute favorite. It was not written to be made in the crockpot, but can easily be adapted for it...so good! even my semi picky 6 year old loves it.

I have a family size crock pot which i love and im on the hunt for some soup ideas, give me whatever ya got, the colder weathers coming, i need to get prepared!
