Thank you for your responses, I appreciate it. I know so many of us struggle with emotional eating. I haven't tried a journal for it so I will give that a try. I have been better with over eating but its so frustrating when something comes up and I go straight to the sweets/candy instead of hitting the streets for a walk.

My weird food combos aren't exactly healthy so I haven't had then in awhile or as often as I used to but they are: Coleslaw on a hot dog Gravy on French fries Warm milk & melted butter poured over toast then pepper over top Pretzels dipped in ice cream (maybe not so weird) That's all I can think of right now.

I don't think there is anything wrong with buying an outfit in a smaller size. In fact, I have an outfit & a dress hanging up on my armour for movitation.
