Lose 2 lbs/mo to lose 8 lbs by New Year's - Week 3: Sept 23 - Sept 29
Very Few Rules

2. Weigh Ins are at the start of the week. Or whenever you feel like If you want to report your weight 1 time per month - totally fine with that.

Current Status: 157 (no loss this week)
Working to stay afloat with a 4 day business trip at the end of this week. If I am at the same weight next Monday, I will be happy!

Didn't log in last week, I'm down to 183.8 as of Friday though. I'm out of commission for the next 1-2 weeks (can't go to the gym definitely this week, and possibly not next week either) and I'm planning on avoiding the scale during that time. So my next log in will probably be in October.

My weight has been bouncing around back and forth between 122-123 for a month now. That is okay -- not so worried about the scale, I'm losing inches which shows progress. My blood sugar is now normal all the time and my triglycerides are low normal too.

Hmmm
so I'm at 146.6 today and 30" still on my waist.
But I've noticed that I'm actually averaging 1800 cals a day instead of the 1700 I've been aiming for. So I'm gonna hit my average of 1700 a day for this week and see what happens.

I really apologize, but I have been travelling a lot lately - airport/rental car etc. etc. etc. and I have not been able to update like I should
Current weight (Using 10 day average) : 186.3 on Monday sept 23rd.
Goal weight for Jan 1 - 179.4
I have been running the Keeping it Green challenge and it has been a success.
