That's close to what I want to loose and I am also a runner (sorta) trying to get back on it since my buddy got a new job and can't run w me no more...but I'm def up for some two-way support... Hope you are having great runs!

I agree...everytime I log my 30 DS session it I feel I'm getting cheated because I feel like those 20mins are def hard core and worth more than 150 or so cals! And that's just on level 1! So according to MFP no matter what level i'm on I burn the same...? Has to be another way to log...

Well working full time and going to night school can wreak havoc on my cooking time so I love going to Publix; in the fresh meat section they have fresh packaged ready to cook sea food, chicken and meats I love it! I also love these crackers especially bc it's only 90 Cals/ serving which is like 17 crackers...I love them w some non fat cream cheese or a laughing cow wedge with half a granny smith apple=perfect snack! :happy:
