I post charts on Monday, so I I don't have your weight by then, your weight is in a grey box on the chart. If you didn't post a number but you stayed active on the thread for the week I'll repost the number for the previous week. Just have you weight by Monday morning at the latest. With our next 12 wk challenge I'm going to post charts on Sunday evenings.
That being said, feel free to post your weight and I'll add it for last week. It won't show up on the chart for this week though, but your numbers would be correct for the next chart.0 -
