I may have accidentally deleted your info when I was cleaning up the spreadsheet. Sorry about that. You are back on the board in full force! I also entered your weight. :flowerforyou:

Finished W2D1 today! It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be! Apparently I didn't pay attention to what it said the 1st 2 runs when it annouces the number of runs. I thought it would be 8 like week 1. In my head I was trying to psych myself up for 8 runs! Then on run 3, apparently I finally listened and it said there…

Well, finished W1D3! Much easier today. Breathing was more relaxed. I figured out why it was so hard for me! The only time I ever did belly breathing was when doing deep breath relaxation breathing. I found myself sort of holding my breath, unconsciously, while running. Once I figured that out, the breathing came easier…

I think as long as you are moving, no matter how fast...that's what counts!!! <3 :flowerforyou:

^^Congrats!! Keep up the good work! I started C25K weighing 199.0 and after 1 week I am down to 198.5. I know it's not much, but every bit counts.... I am moving down the scale at least after being stuck at 199 for what seems like forever!! Working really hard to stay within my calorie goal...couple days were over last…

^^I hear yah!!! W1D1 after the 6th run, I wanted to quit SOOO bad!! I stuck it out and finished it though! W1D2 like you, went a little easier, but still wanted to quit after the 6th run, but not as much as W1D1! LOL I'd like to think it went better because I was concentrating on proper 'breathing' technique, but maybe not…

Oh my gosh! I can't believe it! I was checking to see if there was a C25K group...cause there should be! Haha. Never dreamed I would find a group with folks so close to the same day as me!!! I'm 54 and NOT a runner either, but would love to be! This is my first time doing C25K. I'm 5' 6'' and 198.5. From what I read in the…

Yes, it is great that you entered yourself on the spreadsheet. Also, if anyone is choosing to use the spreadsheet, please remember to update it by entering your weight weekly. :flowerforyou:

Some have had difficulty accessing the spreadsheet in the past on different devices. You may want to try using the Google Spreadsheet app, as some were able to resolve this issue with that app. If you can't access it from your device (phone/tablet), try using a computer/laptop. :flowerforyou:

@I_can_do_this2 - Joshua shared the link that I posted in the previous "drop by" challenge, for this challenge. Thank you @Joshuapowell1989 for sharing the link to the spreadsheet. I hadn't had a chance to post it yet-computer issues. If anyone has any questions or problems with the spreadsheet, please send me a PM.…

FYI - for those who have more than 3 weeks where they have not entered their weight on the spreadsheet, they will be removed to make the spreadsheet more manageable for those who are still posting their weight on the spreadsheet. So those who have not weighed in since before May 18th have been removed from the spreadsheet.…

Congrats on being down 3 pounds! You are not ahead....the weights taken on 4/6 & 4/10 were during the same 1st week weigh-in period. I changed your 2nd week weigh-in to the 196.2 since that date was during the 2nd week weigh-in period. :) :flowerforyou:

Unfortunately I gained --- 5 pounds! :grumble: I MUST have a better plan next year during tax season!!! The extra stress, and unhealthy choices that stress caused, destroyed some of the losses that I had achieved in the previous Christmas Challenge! I'm going to be getting back on track for the July 4th Challenge! Congrats…

For those having trouble accessing the spreadsheet, you may want to try using a computer/laptop instead of a device. The problem seems to arise when using a phone or tablet. Not sure what the issue is. Some have had luck signing into their Google account to access the spreadsheet. Others have had luck downloading the Google…

The first week weigh-in starts Monday April 6th and runs thru Sunday April 12th so that everyone who weighs in on a certain day will have the same start week. Remember to go back to the spreadsheet and enter your "official" start weigh-in which would be on Friday, April 10th  Good luck on your fitness journey. You…
