I read an article that said if you don't put nourishing food in your body it will make you want to eat more till it gets the right food it needs ie veg fruit etc. so that's why you should eat the healthy stuff first and it will trigger the FULL feeling quicker and then you won't feel like eating as much carbs etc, this…

I think there great to have in the freezer for last minute meal (I only use them occasionally) but I always add a ton of veggies to them :)

Just think about how many calories all those cookies add up too and then think of other treats you could have that would be more satisfying but half the calories ie a big brownie

I got stuck in a rut August - November and stopped using MFP, same thing happen to my friend. skinnytaste.com has 3 cookie recipes that get rave reviews I've tried the no bake peanut butter balls and they were great and filling so I only ate 2! 2 cookies had 105 cals 2.3g fat! My husband liked them too. Will definitely make them again. I'm going to try the choc chip cookies next :)

I recommend 20 min Windsor Pilates (amazon) and I still do my prenatal yoga DVD by shiva rea but I follow the non pregnant woman! These 2 DVDs have strengthened, tightened my whole body and suck in my belly!

We all need a break from being good and it sounds like you have been for 4mths which is a really long time so don't punish yourself. Birthdays and holidays are always going to temp us and along as most of our everyday eating habits are healthy we can splurge guilt free.
