It's a slow torturing journey but if you don't do it now someday you will have to or you will need to learn to take the comments and thebhealth problems. It's much more torturing being fat

My mom is the best support anyone could have. She began this journey with me, since we have the same weight and height. We go to the gym together, she cooks healthy meals, help me with my cravings and I help her with hers.

I have to disagree, It's not about atittude and confidence, let's be honest the world is about appereance, there are researches telling that people are nicer with prettier girls and pretty and our culture is not being fat.

Hey, I tried a lot losing weight programs, but now I've learnt that I can eat whatever I want if it is under my calorie goal But if yoy are seeing results keep up with that Good luck
