Hi i also started on Monday with the same effect ate my last meal at 17:00 and went to bed starving but woke up a 08:00 with masses of energy;) i work shifts so this really is working for me as i struggled to hit calorie intake goals before but now im hiting all macros and even after 3 days feeling much better and good…

Hi there I work a 3 shift system so days nights afternoons. I also struggled with bad eating habits an low energy levels, i now started trying only eating 2 times a day when working afternoons and nights due to i was really struggling with hitting my calorie intakes. It took me 5 yrs of not caring to get where i am, but hey im on the right track now.. Be patient it will happen just do what your doing:) Tips invest in a food scale and a tape measure! Best to things i have bought in a long time and a lot mor accurate.

Ok so day 2 is here :) so after going to bed sooo hungry i woke up in good form not even hungry :) so ive just killed brekkie and dinner is planned.
