I think I will try to pre plan my meals the 2 days I go grocery shopping. I will cook after for me, maybe store in containers... I am thinking out loud. Thanks for the responses

I am 5'9" and am 172 lbs but I do not like myself at all. The top weight with healthy BMI for this height is 168. I cannot consider anything above that acceptable for me at least, small or big frame. My goal is 150 and I used to be 145 pre kids but 150 is easier and looks good.

You have a really nice body and shapy one too. Your weight is good. Do you have someone to talk to and maybe a professional as suggested. Mom, aunt, sister, cousin. Go to the doc. If you have self esteem with this body, you will have a lot of trouble down the road.

Another vote for seeing a doctor. I had terrible experience with weight gain, no appetite, bloating, lack of energy, difficulty sleeping. Diet changes, loss of body fat, exercises could delay ovulation and period even if you are significantly overweight and must lose weight. Eventually the body regulates but it takes time, with some a long time.

Try to get a good vitamin, not a cheap one. I like rainbow lights prenatal. It has amazing vitmains and minerals and it is derived from veggies, so easy to absorb. Many people have song cravings to compensate deficiencies.

My PMS became much worse after having kids. I started eating more raw foods and added small amounts of nuts to my daily diet and my PMS is pretty much gone now.
