  • I am 5'9" and am 172 lbs but I do not like myself at all. The top weight with healthy BMI for this height is 168. I cannot consider anything above that acceptable for me at least, small or big frame. My goal is 150 and I used to be 145 pre kids but 150 is easier and looks good.
  • You have a really nice body and shapy one too. Your weight is good. Do you have someone to talk to and maybe a professional as suggested. Mom, aunt, sister, cousin. Go to the doc. If you have self esteem with this body, you will have a lot of trouble down the road.

  • Diet changes, loss of body fat, exercises could delay ovulation and period even if you are significantly overweight and must lose weight. Eventually the body regulates but it takes time, with some a long time.
