  • I have a cheap protein powder mix from cvs...not bad, by itself with milk (whatever your variety). I prefer, 1 scoop powder, 1 cup milk, 1/2 banana (or spoonful low sugar peanut butter), and 2 handfuls of ice. Very filling!

  • I am supporting my husband and son in their celebration of Ramadan, and as such I am not eating until sunset each day until Aug. 18, and as you guys suspect I am losing weight. However, it has made me more aware of how much I must have been snacking or mindlessly eating, even when I thought I was being good about tracking.

  • Scheduling would work great for me if I were in a bubble. :) Unfortunately with my husband's weird work schedule and we try to eat together, we have a hard time scheduling, but I do try to have a snack, today was a handful of cherries, every 2-3 hours so I don't over eat at meal times! Love these ideas!

  • I am waiting on my insurance cards...I want to talk to my doctor about Fibromyalgia, and to at the very least get back on ambien. So I can sleep, and hopefully get into a more even keel, and can get into better habits...and burn nearly 1000 calories a day instead of .... just over 1000 a week. :)
